
On Wednesday, October 5th, just one day after the iPhone 4S was launched, the co-founder of Apple has passed away. Steve jobs died of pancreatic cancer at the age 56, leaving the great Apple, Inc. to the hands of his successors. On this day, the world has lost a greatest visionary that made the whole humanity changed the view of modern technology.
Who is Steve Jobs in other aspects, aside from being Apple’s co-founder?
Steven Paul “Steve” Jobs was born on February 24, 1955. His biological father, Abdulfattah John Jandali, was a Syrian immigrant to the U.S. and her mother, Joanne Simpson, became pregnant. Mr. Jandali wanted to marry Joanne but her father opposed the marriage because of Mr. Jandali’s Syrian decent. Ms. Simpson then brought the baby to San Francisco for adoption to the couple Paul and Clara Jobs but promised to send Steve to a University. Ms. Simpson’s father died right after the adoption which freed her to marry Mr. Jandali. The couple has another child named Mona, Steve’s only real sister.
At the age of 21, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak who is 26 years old founded Apple Computer in his family garage in the year 1976. From that beginning, Apple has rose from scratch to riches which is now one of the top growing company in the whole world. Aside from the huge assets that the company has, the influence in modern technology made Apple to be incomparable as it immerges to be on top.
